1 lb ground beef
2/3 c parmesan
1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c milk
1 beaten egg
2 T shortening
1 T flour
1 can tomatoes, cut up
1/3 to 1/2 c Heinz 57
1 T sugar
1/2 t salt
Hot buttered noodles
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ings. Shape into meatballs and brown in shortening. Sprinkle flour over meatballs and stir.

Mix tomatoes, Heinz 57, sugar and salt and pour over meatballs. Simmer uncovered for 25 mins.

Serve over noodles.
