-6 TBSP cocoa
-3c flour
-2c sugar
-2tsp salt
-2tsp baking soda
-2 TBSP vinegar
-2tsp vanilla
-3/4c oil
-2c water

-Preheat oven to 350º
-Mix together all of the dry ingredients
-Add all other ingredients
-Grease and flour 9x13 pan
-Bake for 30-35 minutes
-Top with cream cheese frosting
