Spaghetti Pie Recipe

1 lb. spaghetti noodles
2 jars spaghetti sauce
16-24 oz. tub cottage cheese
1 stick butter
4 beaten eggs
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
16 oz. mozzarella cheese
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. hamburger
diced onions (optional)
mushrooms (optional)

Boil noodles, drain. Brown meat, drain, add onions/mushrooms if preferred.
Add one jar of spaghetti sauce to the meat and heat through. Add butter to the noodles until melted. Then add beaten eggs and parmesan cheese and mix well.
Grease bottom of large baking pan with butter.
Put noodle mixture in pan. Cover noodles with cottage cheese. Cover cottage cheese mixture with meat mixture.
Pour remaining jar of spaghetti sauce on the top.
Cover and bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes. Remove from oven and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake until cheese melts.

Let stand 10 minutes before cutting to serve.
