Miniature smokies
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
2 (28 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
1 large white onion
2 green or red bell peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Put smokies in the bottom of a slow cooker. Cut onion and peppers into large bite-size pieces. Put in slow cooker over sausage. Pour tomatoes over all, do not stir. Cover and cook 1 hours on high, then reduce temperature to low and cook an additional 4 hours. Enjoy with saltine crackers; or serve over rice or pasta.
