1 16 oz bag baby carrots
Salt and pepper, to taste
Brown sugar, to taste
Butter, to taste

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350° F

Place carrots on two sheets of stacked aluminum foil, large enough to wrap carrots completely.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper, brown sugar, and toss by hand. Top with small dabs of butter, and wrap tightly in the foil.

Bake for 1 hour. You can put the wrapped carrots on a cookie sheet, but I usually just toss the foil package into the oven, making sure it is tightly wrapped.

Personal Notes:
These carrots are so easy, and they will save you enormous amounts of time during holiday cooking. The foil packet can be thrown into the oven with the turkey or ham, so they also save space!
