6 c. sifted flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 lb. (2⅓ c.) Crisco

Directions:
Mix all together until it looks almost like corn meal. Store in an airtight container.

To make a single pie crust, use 1½ cups of the Crisco mix you have stored and add 3 tbsp. of water.

To make a double crust pie, use 2¼ cup of the Crisco mix you have stored and add 4 tbsp. of water.
