2 boneless chicken breasts (cut into bite size pieces
1 small onion chopped
2 tbsp. butter and 2 tbsp olive oil
1 pkg. dry ranch dressing
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies (mild)
1 can yellow corn
1 can great northern beans
1 can vegetarian baked beans
1 box chicken stock (kitchen basics)

Directions:
Directions:
Add 2 tbsp. butter and 2 tbsp. olive oil to pan. Heat on medium high. Add chicken and onion and cook until browned and tender. Dump into crock pot.

Mix together ranch pkg, taco pkg, rotel diced tomatoes. Add to crock pot and mix. Add corn and beans. I drain my beans so I add a little chicken stock. Just eye ball it.

Cook on low for 1-2 hours. Enjoy
