5 lb. boneless chuck roast
2 tsp. Garlic salt
2 tsp. Italian Seasoning Blend
2 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Black pepper
1 can diced fire roasted garlic tomatoes
1 medium onion sliced thin
1 garlic clove minced
¼ cup red wine
1 large can beer (I use Coors light)
1 large jar pepperoncini already sliced and de stemmed in jar. (Use juice from jar)

Directions:
Directions:
Add all to crock pot and cook for 12 to 14 hours on low heat.

Take meat out and put on platter, shred it and put back in crock pot with juices.

We serve on “hoagie” style rolls and broil in the oven with your choice of cheese.
