6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. olive juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped green olives
Dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Let cream cheese stand at room temperature until soft. Mash with a fork.
Add mayonnaise, pecans and olives.
Add olive juice and pepper.
Stir well (it will be mushy)
Put in pint container and refrigerate for 24 hours (it will become thick)

Serve with crackers
