2 c. flour
6 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. or 1 c. (nonfat dry milk) *see note
1/4 c. oil + 1 tbsp. oil



*Make milk with 1/3 c. dry nonfat milk and 3/4 to 1 c water

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients
Mix milk and oil and pour over dry ingredients
Mix up and add more flour or water as needed for a soft dough
Pour on flour board and knead together as little as possible and pat out
Cut into biscuits and use 1/4 c. oil to oil both sides of biscuits
Put in warm cast iron skillet that has been coated with the remaining 1/4 c. oil

Bake in a 450º oven for 5-6 minutes on bottom shelf and 5-6 minutes on top shelf.
