1 cup cooked asparagus, cut into small slices
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut lengthwise into fourths.

DRESSING

1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 tsp Greek seasoning**
2 TBS olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare dressing first as follows:

Put lemon juice in small bowl, add greek seasoning and let it dissolve while you prep salad ingredients. See notes regarding Greek seasoning alternative.

Cut asparagus into bite-size pieces about as long as the olives. Cut cherry tomatoes lengthwise and cut olives into half lengthwise. Mix asparagus, tomatoes, and olives in medium sized bowl

Whisk olive oil into lemon juice, 1 tablespoon at a time, then gently combine dressing with vegetable mixture. Very gently stir in feta cheese and serve immediately.

** if you can't get the Greek seasoning then you can add a pinch of these seasonings of whatever you have:

Oregano
Garlic
Lemon
Pepper
