1/4 cup butter or beef fat (Nana used the fat from the prime rib when she had the restaurant)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 very large onions cut up
2 cans (10 1/2 oz.) condensed beef broth
2 soup cans of water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter or fat, put in Worcestershire sauce and onions. Fry until tender. Add soup and water. Serve with croutons with Swiss cheese melted over them.
