1 c. butter (or 1/2 butter and 1/2 margarine)
2 eggs
1½ c. sugar
½ pint (1 c.) sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour
1½ tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar. Add eggs and mix. Add sour cream and vanilla and mix. Add remaining dry ingredients and mix. Don't roll out too thin. Bake at 375º for 12 minutes. Use buttercream frosting or Pillsbury frosting to frost and decorate.
