1 c. butter or margarine
2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
4 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Combine baking powder, soda, salt and flour. Add alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Mix well and chill. Drop by teaspoonfuls into powdered sugar and roll to coat. Drop on greased cookie sheet and bake at 325º for 10 minutes. Do not overbake.
