5 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
½ Cup Flour
¼ Cup Melted Butter
Salt to Taste.

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add milk. Stir flour and sugar together, just until blended. Add butter and salt to taste.

Pour ¼ cup batter into a hot greased skillet. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Continue until all the batter is used - keep fried pancakes covered so they stay warm.
