Notes: Johnny had a classmate in preschool named Beth Wood. Her mom had us over for lunch one day and made these waffles. They have become a favorite request.
A favorite breakfast treat had been frozen Eggo cinnamon waffle minis, prior to this. The kids would get them every so often as a special treat. One day Becca came to me and asked if she could have waffles for breakfast the next day. After her request she added, "you know, not the real waffles, the fake ones that Beth's mom showed you how to make." LOL!
