5 c. flour
1 packet or tbsp. dry yeast
1 stick margarine or butter
1 egg beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 stick margarine or butter

Filling: 3 to 3 1/4 pounds white potatoes
3/4 to 1 lb. longhorn or Colby cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour, sugar, salt, yeast into bowl and stir. Warm milk and margarine in pot until latter is melted. Separately melt 1/4 stick margarine.

Beat egg. Add to milk mixture. Add flour and mix well. Pour melted margarine onto dough and mix in well. Cover and let rise until double. Form into 2 balls. Roll first into rectangle and fit on cookie sheet. Spread with filling and cover with second rectangle. Prick top with fork. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes. Brush with melted butter while still warm.

Filling: Peel, dice, boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash. Add shredded cheese and mix well.
