1 large box of lemon jello
1 cup boiling water
24 graham crackers
1 stick butter
½ cup powdered sugar
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 large can of evaporated milk (pet milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix lemon jello and boiling water, and let chill. For the crust, crush the graham crackers and add melted butter and powdered sugar. Mix and press into a pie pan. For the filling, cream the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla and add to the jello mixture. Whip the evaporated milk and add to the jello mixture. Mix well and pour into crust. Let chill.
