Ingredients:  
1 pound browned hamburger or sausage
1 package cubed frozen hash browns, partially thawed (can also use shredded)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (can also use cream of chicken)
2 cups shredded cheddar (I use sharp)
1 stick melted butter
1 cup French onion sour cream dip (or add minced onion to sour cream)
Crushed Ritz Crackers on top

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except crackers and melted butter) together
Pour into 9 x 13 pan
Top with crushed crackers and pour melted butter over top
Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes. (Covered for 35 mins. with loose foil)
**If hashbrowns are not thawed partially you may need to bake longer until potatoes are done
