Coconut oil
2 eggs
1 banana
¼ c. honey
½ tsp. vanilla
⅓ c. coconut flour
1 c. unsweetened shredded coconut
4 tbsp. coconut milk
½ c. shopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Use coconut oil to grease an 8X8 pan.
Crack eggs into a medium bowl and quickly whisk them.
Mash banana and add to the bowl with eggs along with the honey and vanilla.
Add the coconut flour making sure to combine everything well making sure there are no lumps.
Add the unsweetened coconut and coconut milk and mix to combine.
Spoon the batter into prepared pan and smooth it out. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. When edges are golden and center is firm, they're done.
Cool and cut to desired size.
