cup margarine / butter
1 cup sugar
tsp cinnamon
4 Lg eggs
1 13 oz crushed pineapple (or tidbits)
2 cups bread " cubes (~3 slices)
cup chopped pecan

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 F.
Beat butter / margarine, sugar,eggs, and cinnamon in a large bowl at medium speed scraping bowl until mixture is light and fluffy about 2 minutes.
Fold in pineapple, pecans and bread.
Pour into battered 1 quart baking dish.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean. 40-45 minutes.
