1 package dry yeast
⅓ cup Crisco, melted
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
½ cup warm water
⅓ cup sugar
½ cup cold water
3 cups bread flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix warm water and dry yeast together in a large bowl. Add sugar and salt. Add cooled, melted Crisco. Add cold water, beaten egg, and mix. Add bread flour in small amounts and mix. Let it sit for 1 hour. Roll out and cut dough with biscuit cutter. Let stand for another hour. Bake at 325º until golden brown.
