1/2 cup Crisco shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup powdered stevia sweetener
1 cup sifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine shortening and salt
Add 1/2 cup stevia to the mix
Spread mixture into a greased 8 X 10 baking dish and bake in a 325º F until light brown
Add remaining stevia to well beaten eggs, beat until thick and foamy.
Add 2 tbsp. flour, baking powder, coconut and pecans, blend well.
Spread over the previously baked layer and bake at 325º F for 50 minutes
Allow to cool and then cut into small rectangles
