2 1/2C Flour
1/2tsp Baking Powder
3 Eggs
1/4C Water
350G Honey
Oil for deep frying
Mille Fiori or Icing Sugar

Beat eggs

Add water and mix

Add flour and baking powder

Mix and knead until the mixture becomes a firm dough

Divide the dough in small portions and roll into long strips

Cut the strips into small pieces

Heat oil in a large pot on stove until a piece of dough dropped in rises quickly to the surface of the oil

Take them out and place in strainer to cool

In another pot, melt honey until it boils

Place the pastry in the honey, stir until they stick together

Spoon into muffin cups to form balls OR shape into a wreath or plate

Sprinkle with mille fiori

Let cool and harden
