flour tortillas
onion
1 medium sized chicken
1 sm. can green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water (all may not be used)
2 cups shredded cheese

For Sour Cream Enchiladas:
remove chicken and add 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken (save broth), take chicken off the bones.
Sauté onions and chilies. Add soups and water. Dip tortillas in hot broth. Line greased pan with tortillas, pour soup mixture over tortillas, add cheese. Repeat once or twice more, layering ingredients. Top with lots of cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.
