1 cup water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup granulated sugar
1 (3-oz.) box strawberry jello
2 baked 9-in. pie shells
1 quart fresh strawberries
Sweetened whipped cream or Cool Whip®

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, sugar, and cornstarch. Boil until clear and thick. Add strawberry jello. Mix well and cool.
Add 1 quart strawberries.
Divide filling between baked pie shells. Chill.
Top with the whipped cream and serve.
