10 c. zucchini
4 c. onions
5 tbsp. canning salt
2¼ c. vinegar
1 tbsp. turmeric
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. corn starch
2 tsp. celery seed
1 large green chopped pepper
1 large red chopped pepper
2 or 3 crushed chili peppers

Combine zucchini, onions, and canning salt. Let stand overnight. Then rinse in cold water and let drain. Heat 5 cups sugar and 1¼ c. vinegar. Make a paste of 1 c. vinegar, turmeric, dry mustard, and corn starch. Add this to hot vinegar and sugar. Add celery seeds, green peppers, red peppers, and crushed chili peppers. Add zucchini and onions. Cook 30 minutes. Put in jars and seal.
