1 Yellow Cake Mix
1 Small Box Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
4 Eggs
1 C. Sour Cream
1 C. Chocolate Chips
1 C. Chopped Pecans
C. Rum (can go heavy, Mom doesn't like rum so she goes scant)
C. Oil
1 . Vanilla

Bundt or tube pan.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Beat together everything but the chips and nuts for 7 minutes. Fold in chips and nuts. Put in bundt or tube pan. Bake for 1 hour.

Dust with powdered sugar.

Note from Rick: this is one of my favorite recipes Mom made. I often choose it as my birthday cake. I say go heavy on the chips!
