"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tortellini in boiling water for a little less time than they say. Don’t want mushy or fall apart tortellini’s.

Add all cut up vegetables and meats and then add dressing. Add feta last or right before you eat. Also, don’t put all the dressing on at one time. Use ¾ dressing first. Then right before serving add the rest and stir.
