1 bunch asparagus*
1 inch fresh ginger, separated
Soy sauce, to taste
1 tbsp canola or vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet. Grate ˝ inch ginger into oil and infuse for about 30 seconds. Add asparagus, and grate remaining ginger over it. Sauté for about 2 minutes. Add soy sauce, and toss with asparagus. Continue to sauté to desired doneness.

* Works equally well with green beans
