1/2 c. water
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1/4 large onion, minced fine
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 lb. ground beef
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except ground beef, into a large saucepan over med-high heat. Bring to a boil and cook about 5 minutes.

Crumble the ground beef into the sauce. Bring back to a boil. Cook over med-high heat for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to a simmer and let cook 15-20 minutes. Drain off any excess liquid. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon mixture onto buns and top with pickles, mustard, cheese, or any other topping.
