1 lb. frozen (defrosted) or fresh shrimp
5 cloves garlic or to taste
1/8 cup olive oil
2 tbsp parsley plus more for garnish
juice of 1 lemon plus lemon wedges for serving
salt and pepper to taste (nutrition info has 1 tsp of each)

1 Warm olive oil over low heat.
2 Add garlic and sauté until golden.
3 Turn heat to medium high. Add shrimp, salt, pepper, and parsley.
4 Turn the shrimp when the bottom side is pink.
5 Cook on second side until pink on the outside and opaque throughout (cut one open to check), about 10 minutes.
6 Then add lemon juice and cook 30 seconds more.
7 Remove from heat and serve right away with more parsley and lemon wedges.
