1 lb. Jimmy Dean Spicy Sausage
¼ cup cooked chopped onions (or 1 Tbsp. Dried minced onion bits)
1-pkg. (14oz) Frozen Hanover baby Lima beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 cup fresh grated Cheddar Cheese (or more)
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in skillet with onion and drain. I use 5-6 paper towels on a paper plate.

Cook beans according to directions until soft and drain.

In a large bowl mix soup, milk and cheese. Then add sausage and beans.

Pour into a greased 2 qt. Casserole dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until bubbly. May need more time depending on your oven. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.

This is my granddaughter’s favorite!! She would eat this every night if she could. I have also made this for picnics.
