1½ cups uncooked rice
1½ lbs. Ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup ketchup
1-2 T grated onion
1 can (1lb.) Green beans, drained
Garlic salt to taste
1 cup condensed mushroom soup
1 can (1 lb. ) tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain rice. Spread in greased, shallow 1½ quart baking dish.
Cook meat until it loses its red color, breaking up with fork..
Drain off fat and spread meat on rice.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and spread with ketchup.
Cover with onion and beans. Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt.
Top with soup and tomatoes. Even top (level)with a spoon.
Bake in moderate oven, 350º for about 40 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
