5 C Ice Cubes
10 Tbls Natural syrup
5 Tbls Lime Juice
2½ C Club Soda
2½ C Orange Juice
5 C Red Wine

Garnish with Orange Slices, Apple Slices(or cubes) and Lime Slices

Directions:

Divide the Ice Cubes in to four glasses

Add 1 Tbls Natural Syrup and ½ Tbls Lime Juice to each glass

Slowly pour ¼ C Club Soda and then ¼ C Orange Juice in to each glass

DO NOT MIX

Finally, gently add ½ C Red Wine to each glass and garnish.

Note: To make Natural Syrup (or Simple Syrup):

Heat in a small saucepan, 4 Tbls Water and 4 Tbls Sugar cook until sugar is dissolved. Wait until the syrup is cold before using.

You can also prepare in a pitcher by adding the ingredients in the same order as the individual glasses to create a layered effect.

If the Oranges you are using for garnish are juicy, you might want to cut back on the amount of Orange Juice you use.
