1 egg white
1 tsp water
4 cups pecans
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
1. Best the egg white and water
2. Add pecans
3. Mix together dry ingredients
4. Add dry ingredients to the egg and pecan mixture.
5. Stir until covered
6. Spread on lightly greased cookie sheet

Bake 1 hour at 250º
Turn pecans after 30 minutes
