1 cup water
1 cup flour
1 stick butter or margarine
4 eggs
1 small package Instant Pudding mix (whatever flavor you'd like)
1 cup milk
8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put water and butter in a saucepan
2. Let butter melt and bring to a boil
3. Over low heat, add flour and stir
4. Stir fast until it looks like a big ball
5. Take off heat
6. Use a tablespoonful of pastry from the ball and place it on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper to make one cream puff. Repeat.
7. Bake at 350º until golden brown. About 10 minutes
8. It will rise and be puffy, almost hollow in middle
9. Let it cool
10. Cut cream puff in half
11. In a separate bowl, mix instant pudding and Cool Whip
12. Place a spoonful of pudding/Cool Whip mixture inside the cream puff
13. Put the cream puff back together
14. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top
