Rump roast or sirloin tip
1 pkg. Good Season's Italian Dressing
1 pkg. au jus mix
3 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook roast (or steak) in a crock pot or pot until tender enough to slice
2. Sprinkle dry Good Seasons mix on meat
3. Take roast out of the pot. Leave juice in the pan.
4. Slice meat thinly
5. Add dry au jus mix to the juice with 3 cups water
7. Bring to a boil
8. Add slices back into the juice

Serve on hero buns with sliced tomatoes and red onions
Optional: Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing on the side
