Ingredients:  
Diced thawed chicken, 1/4" cubes, salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.
3/4C Peppers, banana pepper rings with some sweet cherry pepper for accent
1/4C sliced olives with pimento
1/4C diced roasted red peppers
1C. Madera wine
1/2 C. coarsely chopped onion


Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken then add onions and banana peppers, cook until soft.
Add roasted red pepper, olives, and sweet cherry pepper and wine, season with thyme, oregano, and rosemary. cook until reduced.
