3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
1 can (16 oz) can pineapple slices
1 can (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
¼ cup cornstarch
¼ cup packed brown sugar
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground ginger

Combine all ingredients in crockpot; stir well. Cover and cook on low for about 4-5 hours or can cook on high 2-3 hours.
