1 can crescent rolls
1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
1 can mushroom soup
½ cup milk
8 oz. grated cheese, split
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Press crescent rolls to line bottom and sides of a 9 x 13" pan.
Brown and drain sausage. Spoon over the dough.
Sprinkle with grated cheese keeping some to sprinkle on top of the casserole.
Mix eggs, soup, milk, and salt & pepper in a blender. Pour over the cheese.
Sprinkle rest of the cheese to cover the top.
Bake uncovered for approximately 30 minutes or until set in the middle.
