1 ½ lb ground beef
1 lb ground veal
1 4oz can deviled ham
1 sm can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp grated onion
3 slices of bread crumbled
½ tsp each salt & pepper

Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp dill
½ tsp salt
1 cup water
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients of meat mixture. Roll into small meatballs and fry in a skillet with a little oil. Transfer/drain meatballs on a platter til all are cooked. Make your sauce! Use the meatball skillet to make your sauce. Drain grease from skillet but save all yummy drippings from the meatballs. Add all sauce ingredients to skillet, mix and heat through. Transfer meatballs and sauce to a crockpot to keep warm.
