½ cup butter
1 can apple pie filing (2 cups)
1 cup sugar
1½ tbsp. whole milk

2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
½ tbsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. nutmeg
1½ cups golden raisins
1 cup pecans
1 cup whole dried tart cherries*
1 cup mixed whole dried fruit*
⅓ cup chopped dried apricots
1 cup coconut
*You can substitute seasonal candied fruits if you prefer.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan and add apple pie filling, sugar and milk.
Continue heating and stirring until the sugar has melted.
Cool.

Sift dry ingredients together. Mix fruits and nuts in with dry ingredients. Combine with butter mixture. Pour into a bundt or 9 inch tube pan that is greased and lightly floured.

Bake 300º for about 90 minutes or until done.
