Pumpkin Bread:
3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
⅔ cup water
2 cups pumpkin puree
3 cups flour, sifted
1 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup nuts (optional)
1 cups raisins (optional)
1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Crumb Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
cup butter
1-2 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in order given. Pour into 3 medium size bread pans that are greased and floured. Bake at 325 for about 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
