2½-3" Thick Ham
Brown Sugar & Mustard
Milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º

Prepare paste of brown sugar and mustard. Spread mixture on top of ham after placing ham in oven proof skillet (or large enough baking dish). Add milk to ½ the height of ham.

Bake for 4 hours.
Do NOT cover when cooking
