3 cups of self-rising flour
2 cups of sugar
3 tsp. of pumpkin spice
½ cup of oil
15 ounce can of canned pumpkin
4 eggs
2 cups of raisins
1 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts
Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients (oil, eggs, pumpkin). Mix together until moist. Mix in raisins and nuts. Fill muffin tins ¾ full. Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
Bake at 400º 18-20 minutes.
