3 lbs of beef, turkey or both
1 lg or one cup onion chopped
1 tbsp of garlic chopped
1 cup water
2 cans fire roasted tomatoes (undrained) or your favorite canned tomatoes
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
½ cup or more chili powder (to taste)
1 tbsp coco powder
salt to taste

Brown meat, onion & garlic in olive oil. Drain meat mixture and return to pan. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for an hour.
