Ingredients:  
2 tbs butter
2 Vidalia Onions Chopped
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mayonaise

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in a skillet; add the onions and saute over medium heat until tender. Add the cream cheese, parmesan and mayonaise to the pan and mix well.
Spoon mixture into a greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with french bread, soft pretzel bread or crackers.
