2 tbs butter
2 Vidalia onions, chopped
3 lg pkgs cream cheese, softened
2 cups parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in a skillet; add the onions and sauté over medium heat until tender. Add the cream cheese, parmesan and mayonnaise to the pan and mix well.
Spoon mixture into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with French bread or crackers.
