Personal Notes:
These Breakfast Burritos are great for a make ahead dish when you have a large group or just prepping for the week ahead. They freeze well. We eat them for breakfast or dinner. My Dad (Gerald Thomas) spent the night at our house once as he and Andy were going turkey hunting early the next day. I served these burritos to Dad for breakfast that morning. Dad called me the next day after he got home and asked me for the recipe. He said "I get tired of eating the same thing every day for breakfast....those were really different". Different in a good way this time I guess! It was a well known fact that if Dad said "It's different" ....that was not a good thing!
