4 cups flour + I cup flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 package quick rise yeast
2 cups hot water - ideally 55' C
1/3 cup Crisco oil

Directions:
Directions:
Add liquids to dry ingredients, reserving 1 c flour. Mix until blended, then turn dough onto counter with the reserved flour. Knead dough until it is no longer sticky. Shape dough into a ball, cover with a towel and let rise 10 minutes.
Then roll out.
Sprinkle with 1 cup brown sugar and cinnamon ( 2 teaspoons) mixed together.
Roll up
Cut and put on cookie sheet for 45-60 minutes to rise. (Cover with saran wrap while rising).
Bake at 400 degrees for approx. 15 min.
Check after 12 min. Don't overcook.
